- Conduct in-depth research to identify target markets, including specific expat nationalities, countries of origin for international patients, international schools, companies with international workforces, expat communities, and foreign retiree groups.
- Develop strategic marketing plans tailored to each identified target group, setting clear goals and outlining actionable steps to achieve them. Your success will be measured by key performance indicators (KPIs) focused on total patient volume and revenue, broken down by country/nationality, clinical department, and key procedure.
- Craft compelling value propositions for each target audience, collaborating with our marketing communication and digital marketing teams to create effective and optimized marketing campaigns in various formats, including online and offline advertising, events, co-promotions, and partnerships.
- Develop strategic partnerships with international schools and corporates, proposing mutually beneficial programs and packages to generate revenue while addressing the medical needs of students and staff. You will tailor value propositions to different age groups, parents, and school personnel.
- Possess a deep understanding of insurance and government healthcare programs relevant to your target markets, leveraging this knowledge to create campaigns that resonate with potential patients and maximize revenue opportunities.
- Provide efficient and personalized support to international patients throughout their healthcare journey at MedPark, including appointment intake and coordination, especially for complex cases requiring consultations with multiple specialists. You will collaborate closely with various departments, including nursing, insurance, registration, and medical records.

- You have demonstrable experience working in a private hospital setting, ideally with specific exposure to international patients.
- You possess deep knowledge of clinical products and services, coupled with the ability to research and analyze market trends and demands.
- You are a seasoned leader with experience building and managing teams from the ground up, implementing work processes that optimize efficiency and best practices.
- You excel in communication, both written and verbal, in English and Thai.
- You possess a high emotional intelligence, a strong sense of urgency, and the ability to prioritize and deliver results under pressure with limited resources.
- Experience with international schools or a multicultural background is a significant plus.
